Geo News aired the news of a poor blind girl from Peshawar who said she was planning to sell out her kidney so that she could afford treatment for the blindness.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif also took notice of the above news and directed to provide complete medical treatment to the girl at a hospital in Lahore or Rawalpindi. The Punjab government will bear all the expense, he added.
In this regard, he ordered Secretary Health Punjab to immediately contact the girl's family
